It takes a lot of people to make up a world. Unfortunately there are those who look for an easy buck any way they can get it. These puppy mills are disgusting places with no regard to the poor animal. Many have been busted, but many continue. There's no real way to stop a puppy mill as there is no way to stop a sick individual from taking out innocent children with a semi automatic rifle. There are just sick people out there. |
