Poor little girl. So sorry she is still not feeling well. With the holidays coming and few vets available perhaps she should be seen soon and more exploratory tests done? The clear poop and little improvement does not suggest she is getting well on her own. An obstruction could be very serious if left alone.
So kind of you to give her a wonderful home after the sad puppy mill life.
