Callie girl...ohhhhh noooooo....I'm sure waiting till the morning will be fine in the meantime I wouldn't feed her; however, they usually plan surgeries and have set days to do them on, unless its an emergency. I have no idea what this tooth issue could be but I would think that this ranks high up there since there is exposure deep in the tooth.
Stay calm, your a perfect momma and Callie knows it. I think under the circumstances your doing all you can.
