We have a rule in our house called the '2 foot rule'...which means the pups are only allowed 2 feet on any table at any given time. Maddie Jo is so good at this that she can use any combination of 2 feet to get exactly where she wants to be...even if it means the other 2 feet are hanging off the edge! She thinks this is fair...I beg to differ, lol!
So, my husband just got a pudding cup and headed for his recliner and, Miss Maddie Jo, in her haste to get there for the first smell, leaped onto the couch and bounced so hard that she overshot the arm...landing with all 4 feet on top of the end table. She knew she screwed up as soon as she hit solid surface because she promptly shifted into reverse (yes, little beepers and all
) and put her 2 back feet on the couch again.
Poor girl...she's 5 years and 3 months now...she may be due for a brake job!
