I'm sorry to hear that. I have read some places online and just basing on other forum posts in the past that 'sometimes' leaving a dog crated can leave them even more stressed or provoke the separation anxiety symptoms.
What happens if you leave the dog to himself in the house, not crated? Or if just left in one persons room but not crated? Does he still go to the bathroom in the house? |
