See a demeratologist, there are specialty topical antibiotics.
Proactive extra strength works for some, believe it or not so does raw pure lemons!
I reccomend organic lemons no point is putting on irritants.
just cut a lemon slice and rub it on...follow up with a nonclogging lotion if needed.
I get acne back again from pregnancy...awful, just awful.

Try organic lemons & apple cider vinegar.
I use hydrogen peroxide 3% as a toner at night cheap effecrive.
