I know Kong makes a very VERY tough rubber type of toys and they are made for very large dogs to be able to chew on but not ruin or tear up. They make very small ones also, maybe you could try that. She could try all she wants to chew on that but I doubt she could actually bite any off. They are usually the ones that you can put a treat inside and they have to try to get the treat out. So they are specifically made to withstand biting. Hope this helps!

My girl doesn't really play much with toys, she's older. She will sometimes tug of war or something with a little stuffed toy but she doesn't do anything to even rip them up for the fluff to be a caution. I've tried various types throughout the years to try to see if there's any 1 kind she would REALLY play with but nope. But that's how I found the Kong, I thought maybe she'd go for it with a treat. She gets the treat out then goes back to sleep lol.
