In the mean time, what do ya'll think? I have a 21 month old yorkie and a 8 1/2 month old daughter. Is a 9year old yorkie too set in their ways to adapt to the "little ones"? Is there problems that I should be aware of when they were used for breeding and not just a pet???? Do ya'll think this is too good to be true????? |
I would take my time with the older yorkie...I had a 9 yr old shnauzer and she got so snippy with my kids before she died. She didnt tolerate them much anyways and they were so great with her. I think when a dog gets up in the older years having kids ok but i dont think with a 8 month old its a good idea. JMO...you know how those are.
