Perfect miracle no, actually help yep sure does.
Don't know why but I don't take pain meds so it really helps, there are better versions but they are more than 10 times the price.
My aunt says it's all in my head...I loaned her my knee brace...I had to buy a new one it's in her head now too lol.
I see it this way if it can't hurt...why not try it?
As far as Nopalea, I like it, I take a different brand now but that one is nationally availble at a reasonable price.
