Take it easy as that moving and losing your dog for a while, all that searching and all your fairly recent upheaval has no doubt wrung you out so get down, get your feet up, rest that shoulder with your arm in a sling at home when you can and rest. You young ladies on here are overdoing - way overdoing. Now get to bed, young lady!
