I've got my little Toby who is 13 weeks old now and he's gotten used to just a regular leash and collar. Two days ago, I finally bought his first harness and a flexi-leash. I tried his flexi-leash and he won't move or anything. He'd just stare at me. I try taking off the flexi-leash and he's back to his normal playful self. I don't know what to do!!
