Well, my Gracie has been so scared of my daughter, Mia, since she started crawling. Today we had a breakthrough!!!!! Mia crawled over to Gracie, sat down, and for the first time ever called her "Pup-pup". Gracie came up to her, long enough to give her a lick on the toes and let her pet her, then she ran away. She slowly came by her again and this time Mia raised her hand and said as clear as day "Hi". Two new words in one day and Gracie is trying to make friends with Mia... Oh I am in mommy heaven today!!! I am glad that at 8 months old, Mia knows to sit still when Gracie is near her and she is so sweet to her. No hitting or grabbing!!! I hope that Gracie continues to make small steps to get to know her human baby sister. I just love it!!!!
