Let me get this right. Puppies parents have naturally short tails, so there's no need to dock. Puppies parents don't have dew claws, so the puppy won't have them either???
Maybe, if the parents are both housebroke, the puppies will automatically be housebroke too.
And maybe if the parents have never been sick, injured, or been exposed to anything, the puppy will never need shots, or to be wormed. Heck, maybe the puppies will never even have to go to the groomers!!

Thank God your sister didn't get one of them. I feel sorry for the pups, but these people don't have a clue as to how they sounded. It's like saying they had the perfect pups for anyone!! "For Sale...Insta-Pup!! Just add water and watch him/her grow"!!!
