How awful! I'm so sorry this happened to your babies. What a bi**h and irresponsible owner. This is when Yelp is helpful. Do you have other groomers in the area that you can change to? Obviously they don't care for the dogs there. I would also tell all my doggy mamas too and warn them about this place.
