Donate them! Your local no-kill shelter would love to have them I'm sure. At the shelter I work at we often have to shave down dogs that come in matted. Since it's so cold we use donated coats and sweaters to keep them warm. I've donated all the dresses and harnesses mine have grown out of. Some times having the dogs in cute outfits help get them adopted too- win win
