That was one of the places that I looked to donate. I called the SPCA in our area ... and they told me to call their thrift store. I got a really rude girl on the phone who told me that they don't except "that" stuff. I think I'll just take the stuff to the shelter myself because I'm sure there are little doggies there that would like to be warm ... and I'm pretty positive that an animal shelter thrift store would sell dog stuff? I think the girl on the phone just didn't want to deal with me.
I know that the local SPCA thrift store in my area hires a lot of teenagers to help run the shop, and some of them don't have the greatest attitudes about working LOL.
I might try a rescue, too. I couldn't imagine a rescue not needing some stuff for small dogs ... I didn't even think of contacting a privately owned rescue. Since Clyde is such a large Yorkshire terrier some of his clothes are really rather big. I think his clothes would really benefit a rescue.
