I don't have an answer for you. My sheltie mix has always done this and I've tried everything I can to stop him. My Yorkie can't get up to the window, so she doesn't do it..not sure if she would but she does everything her brother does so probably lol

I did want to say that used to work up in New Carrollton, MD (2001 to 2007). I saw you lived there and wanted to say hello. I miss my friends and coworkers in that area every day.
