I'm sorry that you having to make this decision but it sounds like she is suffering and her quality of life is not good. It is so hard to finally make the decision but once done you will probably feel like a weight has been lifted but that doesn't mean you won't shed tears and miss her dearly. She has been your friend from all of these years and you owe her.
