My yorkie looks out the balcony window and barks alot at people who pass by and people with dogs. Is that good or bad? I try to break him out of the intense barking because I heard that it stresses the dog out. It alos gets overwhelming for me. What are some tips if any that I can get him out of barking at people who walks by.
