Spring is buying nextel so hopefully their service will also get better
My brother already had t-mobile before (when het got it it was called voice stream then changed to t-mobile) and he had a few issues with them...they promised no roaming and when we traveled he got stuck with a few hundred bucks to pay for roaming
Then he swiched to Sprint, which in my opinion have the best customer service.
