We also use Buddy Belts. Zeus has short hair and on the rare occasion that he's not wearing a shirt/sweater/coat/etc, it hasn't rubbed his skin raw or pulled out his hair.
Before that we were using a brand similar to Puppia. Zeus was constantly getting out of it in the car so we switched to the BBs and I think Zeus loves it more than the other. He'll step into this and would run from the previous harness, LOL. Even though he'll put his head through clothes, he wouldn't with that old harness.
