Is there problems that I should be aware of when they were used for breeding and not just a pet???? Do ya'll think this is too good to be true?????
Based on my very recent experience of bringing a five year old female in the home with six months old Ceeby, I can tell you that at first she was very shy and timid. He loves to play but now that she has gotten used to everything, she snaps at him often when he just tries to play. But, to give her credit, it is usually only when she has something, (chew stick, toy) and he tries to take it that she snaps. But I have to watch them closely. Sometimes, though, they are piled up on top of each other asleep and soo cute. I think the nine year old is going to have adjustment problems big time if she was treated as one of the family in her old home. I have had Silk for two weeks (or three) and yesterday is the first time I have ever seen her get a drink of water from their bowl. I have been adding extra water to her food.
