We don't let any daycare kids outside by themselves no matter the age, but I think it's funny that we're aloud to let 5 yr olds walk to the bus stop thats down the road and out of sight but kids can't play out in the yard until they're 7 by themself when you can see them out the window. We don't do either though, I'm always the only adult at the bus stop, even when the new school year is starting, there's 5 yr olds with no one there
