I usually keep my little ones until they are 2lbs... but size doesn't always insure that a puppy is ready to go to it's new home. I've had larger puppies that I have kept to at least 16 weeks b/c they were not "ready" at 2 lbs. or 12 weeks. Each puppy has a different personality and differing needs. I appreciate your input and concerns. Thank you.
