Unfortunately its not as simple as just not meeting someone in a neutral location etc these days pup mills rent houses and or use brokers to set up cutsy nurseries and it all looks adequate so buyers really need to be very informed to ask the right questions and verify everything. |
True but this in this case there was no doubt I was in their home, and even came in to the wife sitting on the couch with a lined basket with the puppies between them on the couch watching TV too lol
