eBay classifieds are like taking out an ad in the local paper or craigslist.
The only issue is often pup mills use it to mass advertise is smaller out lying areas.
Unfortunately its not as simple as just not meeting someone in a neutral location etc these days pup mills rent houses and or use brokers to set up cutsy nurseries and it all looks adequate so buyers really need to be very informed to ask the right questions and verify everything. |
