We're going to the vet this afternoon, it's our best option. He didn't shake that much before we went to bed last night, but it may be just one episode of "non-shaking". We don't want to take any risks.
GFY getting that baby checked out. If he's okay physically, gently get that boy working learning things and getting some belief in himself. Keep him pumped up and proud. It will help his anxiety.
