Tia is just so cute, I'd even worry about her, and we have never met.
Please keep us posted.
I had Codie and Katie (RIP) netuered/spayed at 6 months old and had no problems what so ever (Katie was also a tiny girl -- only 2.6 lbs full grown). My vet said it's good to have it done at 6 months but we can wait if it's necessary.

My concern is because Tia just seems to have a very delicate frame. Her body is petite and tiny. Even her paws and delicate and lady like. She's just so precious and tiny and it's my duty to protect her -- it doesn't help that I'm EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA paranoid since I lost my precious Katie girl. I don't know if I am over-reacting or not but I just can't seem to help myself.

My vet told me to bring Tia in on Thursday the 16th when she turns 6 months (the day before her spay surgery) and he and the other vet will both examine her and see if she's big (and healthy) enough to be spayed the next day. If she's not, then we will just post-pone her appointment until we feel she's ready.
