It's been quite a while since I've posted. Life has been busy.
Lulu had LP surgery on her right hind leg 2 years ago at the age of about 7 months. We knew she had LP grade 3 in both legs, however, she did not show any clinical symptoms with her left leg so the surgeon and I agreed it would be better to wait on that one. Well, I am afraid the day has come...over the weekend Lulu began limping on her left leg. It's actually to the point where she has her left leg pulled up 90% of the time when she's walking.
So we are going to the vet this afternoon to see about it & discuss making an appointment with the surgeon.
My heart is aching for her. I hate to see her in pain! I dread going through another surgery & recovery, but if it's as successful as the first one was it will be more than worth the time, effort & money.
