I personally would look for a new groomer. I have a groomer who comes to my home who has been working with Wallee so the experience is not overwhelming. He does great and is becoming less wiggly as time goes on. I get her to come once a month even if it's just a small trim so he gets comfortable with the process. He is now almost 9 months and she says he is a pleasure to work with.
