I am a firm believer in always, always walking on a harness. I keep Nilla in a Gooby harness, which are designed not to pull against the throat, but more the shoulders. Most small breed dogs have sensitive trachea areas, so it goes beyond the Yorkies too! If I get a collar, it is just an accessory for tags and whatnot, but most of the time I just put her in a Gooby harness or hoodie. Please use choose to always use a harness for your pup's sake! <3
