Default Drinking

So sorry for your poor baby. About the drinking. The first thing that comes to mind is a kidney or bladder issue. I know a pup who had these drinking and peeing symptoms and she had bladder stones. Also diabetes or thyroid? As for the food, I believe Blue buffalo is a good food. I feed mine BB adult and as he eats fast and does not chew, he occasioally threw up whole kibble. It had swelled up a lot. So I tried using the small breed, smaller kibble and he has been fine since. Worth crushing the kibble into smaller pieces before changing food. Also if he has some medical problem, that could also affect his digestion.
Good luck with the vet visit and the tests will hopefully reveal all and he can be treated and feel well again.
As for car sickness, perhaps he will get used to the car as he gets older. Short journeys first until he is comfortable. A drug called Cerenia is very effective for car sickness and general nausea, but I don't know if you can get it where you are.
Get well soon little one, and please keep us posted as to his health.
