We have no cats and Roxie does this all the time, just about daily. She doesn't usually have accidents in the house, and when she does, we have always used the enzymatic cleaner to clean it up. The spots she chooses to lick aren't in places where she's had an accident or thrown up...she just picks random places to lick. I have no idea why. I'll be checking back to see if you get any good responses, though!
