Default Really worried about Milo :(

Hello i really need to talk to someone.

I have a 3yr old Yorkshire Terrier, named Milo. Unfortunately Milo has been extremely poorly lately and I'm trying to get to the bottom of it. Last Friday, he vomited blood and was walking around the garden squatting but could not poo (sorry). He went to the vets and was kept in on a drip and anti-acids. They let him out late the next day, he wouldn't eat or go to the toilet because he was stressed there. His tummy was still sore to the touch but they put it down to constipation. The next day he did a poo but it was runny - they said this was okay as he had no food in him. As soon as he came home he was eating, but limited to chicken and rice for the week. He seemed back to normal, his normal perky self. However this Friday, a week later, his eyes were runny / sticky. I thought he had the start of an eye infection. Later that evening I had bathed his eyes and they remained clear. We went for walk, and suddenly, 10 minutes in, he started "sneezing" constantly, and couldn't breathe. Being a yorkie he sometimes reverse sneezes due to his soft palette, but only when he is excited. This wasn't the same. He couldn't move without sneezing and his chest was wheezy. I took him straight home and he settled for the night. The next morning he was the same. His chest was rattly, he couldn't move or yawn etc without snuffling or sneezing, and he didn't want to eat. I took him back to the vet. She listened to his chest etc and felt his throat. She said his throat was swollen etc. She then said he may have lung worm!! She didn't do a fecal sample or look at his lungs at all. She also gave him antibiotics incase it is a respiratory problem / bug instead. I really don't know what to do. He is not eating much (he normally lives for food), and he's currently being kept on rest. I run a dog day care service and have closed the business for now. Vet told me if he's stopped sneezing by monday I can re-open as I have clients booked in for boarding over christmas period. I just don't know what to do, or what is right, I just want him better. I feel emotionally drained from the worry of him being so sick last weekend , then relaxing thinking he was out of the woods, then him being so poorly again. I'm sorry for the rant, I'm just stressed and frightened and needed like minded people to talk to.
