I think the big question is do you trust your vet? And that's a hard one, now Sprocket was not nearly as old when he has his dental/spay work done at the same time, but it was done at the same time, took him several days to recover and I would say it was the teeth more than anything else, just like when you go to the dentist. It hurts, the other? who knows ache a couple days. See what your vet says, mine said the spay takes no time, the dental takes more, as there is no space to work in with such a small mouth. I guess that's right. Anyway, good luck and pls keep us posted.
