Ok, so Henri has a strange ability to make people like him, even people who don't like dogs.
1) It started when he was a puppy and my best friend who lives in another state came to stay for a week, my best friend doesn't like dogs AT ALL (don't ask, somehow we manage to get along in our strange relationship
), but when she met Henri she fell in love with him! She was holding him all the time and snuggling him, it was bizarre, and now she says that the only dog she would ever consider getting is a Yorkie
2) My uncle and his daughter are allergic to dogs and my uncle despises them, my cousin is just flat out afraid of them. When they met Henri my uncle actually pet him! I was shocked, but at another visit something even weirder happened. My cousin was playing with him and holding him! She wouldn't go near the other dogs in the house yet she would hang out with Henri.
3) I have a friend who is a total cat person, she doesn't like dogs very much. Today she met Henri and the same thing with the other cases, she held him and pet him! She said she actually like him and she would have a Yorkie. She swore up and down that she wouldn't like him when I told her about how he makes people like him, she said that she is too much of a cat person to like him. She was wrong!
All of the people mentioned weren't saying they like him to be nice, all of them aren't afraid to tell me to my face when they don't like something which is what made the encounters even more shocking. Looks like Henri is quite the little charmer
