I cannot believe they would not let him fly again! People can be so inconsiderate =( If your dog was quiet for the flight, but only was noisy during take off and landing ... I don't see the reason to ban him!
I would go and talk to them about lifting the ban. If at all possible I would switch airlines .... I'm sorry about the inconvenience and hope that you can get this worked out!
I wonder what would happen if a bunch of people called the airline to complain about the pet ban what they would do? I don't know if something like that would work, though. The airline might just get really annoyed
