My big dog- Buddy- is named Prince Adolf Budweiser. Our across the street neighbor's had a dog named Duke and I thought, Oh, my dog will be better than a Duke! Then I wanted a German name that had wolf in the meaning- Adolf means Noble Wolf. Then when DH brought him home he was so timid that I was talking to him and trying to get him to come see me and I kept calling him Buddy. DH laughed and said that he'd been calling him Buddy all day, as well so I said, Perfect, the rest of his name is Budweiser and we'll call him Buddy. So our dog is Prince Adolf Budweiser (Prince Noble Wolf King of Beers.) =D
