I serve a couple of my seniors moistened kibble. I see nothing wrong with storing a days supply overnight in the fridge....but I like to just put her serving in her bowl, putting warm water over it, stiring it up to make a little gravy, and I let it sit for a minute or two...that softens the kibble enough for them to chew easily, it is easily digested, and it isnt quite as mushy-soft as when it sits wet overnight....I have served it both ways, and mine seem to like the individual serving made up fresh at mealtime.
