I have no choice but to cook for my lil' angel. Sadly, here in Tunisia pets are not a priority, and there are no pet shops. It took us two years to find a puppy. If I wanted to buy pet food that is of any real nutritional value, i'm afraid she'd starve. There's just one place to buy things for animals and that's the local super market, and they have nothing worth buying. Consequently, Mitzi is on a home cooked diet. She loves boiled chicken and fish, rice and veggies and pasta. She has carrots for snacks and apples. She has scrambled eggs for breakfast or rice with some watery milk, which she loves like crazy. I have no idea what to give her with calcium in it. I didn't know it was a problem. Is there any human food which I can give her to supplement the calcium? |
