Moistening food won't change the nutritional value, but you're right, you will need to store it in the refrigerator if you moisten it. Keeping a day’s supply in the refrigerator won't hurt either. I don't think this will help her keep her food down, I think it may be just a coincidence. I really think that dogs should use their teeth to chew kibble; I think its great exercise for the teeth and gums. Also, dry food doesn't stick to teeth like wet food does. If the kibble is too big for her to chew, you might want to consider smaller kibble, or breaking the kibble with a mallet before you give it to her. I see no harm in doing this temporary, but long term, I believe she needs to use those teeth. As they say, use it or lose it!
