Neither of my dogs like dog food (with a couple exceptions) So, I have almost given up and also feed them people food.

I do keep Iams dry dog food out for them at all times (they really don't like it, but do eat it now and then (rarely) when they get hungry.)

Recently, I found one dog food that they will eat - the trick is to give it to them when they are hungry - when they first get up in the morning or when I first get home from work. It's Pedigree "Little Champions." So - I give them both a little of this every day.

Otherwise, I don't worry a lot about what I give my dogs. I try and give them a variety of healthy people food. They do not get junk food. No cookies, potato chips, candy, etc.

I give my dogs chicken and other meats - cheese, cottage cheese, vegetables, eggs, leftovers (from my meals), raw carrots to chew on, and all sorts of different foods.

I don't feed them a lot of the same foods all the time - but rather a variety of different healthy foods.

However - regardless of what I feed them - as long as I have their dry Iams out for them and feed them a little Pedigree - I know regardless of how picky they are - they won't starve.

Aren't dogs fun!!!!!
