Why not put a coat or hoodie on her for walks when it's really cold out?
I dress ZoE in whatever I'm wearing. If it's just a fall day with a lil nip in the air, I wear a hoodie & so does ZoE. If it's freezing cold out & I need a coat, ZoE wears a coat too.
