You can do it at 6 months, but a lot of people recommend waiting until after the first heat on little dogs. I don't know if that helps or not, but I recommend waiting until about 8 months old. By 8 months, you'll know if she lost all her baby teeth or if she retained any that need to be pulled. If she needs some pulled, the vet can do it all at the same time (so she only has to go under anesthesia once.

I am always for going minimal on the vaccines.
