I recently had to ask a breeder about this. The AKC put out papers like this for a little while....something like a couple of months back in 2005. If the box just has diagonal lines in it, it's FULL registration. If it is colored in as if you had a marker and were a small child coloring a coloring book, then you have LIMITED registration. The newer forms have numbers printed in the box rather than the diagonal lines. The AKC got tired of answering questions from confused breeders because of the diagonal lines, so they quit making those forms and went to the ones with the numbers instead. HTH!
