Puppy mills often make lovely websites that misrepresent what they are breeding. Many times they use pictures they have stolen form other websites. It's too much to go into but I would advise you to stay on YT and read as much as possible. The defects that people who claim to breed "tea cups" are creating are many and most of them do not appear until after the first year.

Please look into the genetic problems that are being created by puppy mills so that you and your vet can be watchful for possible onset of symptoms. It would also be good if you read up on puppy mills and why many people are against them. The dogs are kept caged in filthy little cages for all of their short lives and the people who run mills care nothing about producing healthy pups. There is a lot of science involved in the proper breeding of purebred dogs. When people think they can disregard proper breeding practices they end up creating nightmare scenarios for both the pet and the new owners.

I hope you pup is one of the lucky ones.
