If the tree is on the side of the sidewalk near the road it is perfectly legal for your dog to pee there. There are many dogs in a big city. It is too bad that the neighbors have decided to pick on you.
Your dog needs to be able to walk around and do his duty. All you can do is ignore people like that. Believe me they are every where. We have a town near by that has made it illegal to let cats outside the home. Sadly, there are people who care more about plants than animals. I was once an avid gardener but never found domestic animals to be any threat to my plant life. |
