My dogs also did this. I applied it to my own skin to see what the fuss is about, and holy hell, it burns. Never again. I now use a Khakibos, Rooibos, Chamomile and Rosemary dip with their bath every week, and Diatomaceous earth in the house. No more flea problems and no more crazy itchy behaviour.
