I am sorry you had a bad experience too. We've had Direct Tv since they first came into our area your experience is unlike anything we've ever experienced with them, however I know the market has become so competitive since way back then. I don't go for high pressure sales either. It's such a turn off. (That's probably whey people always ask for Mike when they call....he's so gullable..
