Wow! I'm so sorry you dealt with someone like that. I have DirecTV (got it when I moved into my house back in June). When I called, I talked to a super helpful and nice lady. It was a really good experience. If I'd gone thru what you did, I would have gotten something else just based on principle. I hate pushy sales people...you don't need to sell me - if I want something, I'll get it. Sheesh lol
